The e3 initiative is a student-led initiative committed to advancing understanding at the critical intersection of equity, economics, and ethnicity. We aim to amplify minority voices, highlight overlooked local and historical experiences, and bridge academic research with community storytelling.
We conduct rigorous, interdisciplinary research that examines how economic systems, policies, and practices affect the economic experience of ethnic communities. Our work includes interviews, research papers, articles, and community projects aimed towards building greater equity in the future.
